Sacred Heart Knights at Food Lifeline
Jan 25, 2025On January 22nd, the compassionate spirit of the Knights of Columbus shone brightly at Food Lifeline, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. Ten dedicated Knights volunteered their time and energy to prepare food for those in need. Food Lifeline acts as a vital link between food donors (grocery stores, farmers, etc.) and a network of food banks, meal programs, and shelters, ensuring that nutritious food reaches individuals and families facing food insecurity. The Knights' efforts contributed to Food Lifeline's mission, helping to provide sustenance and hope to the community.
